As a socially responsible company, LUKOIL Overseas fulfills its obligations to the population of Colombia and implements many charitable, social and cultural events and activities. Condor The Condor Block is located in the foothills of the Eastern Cordilleras, in the western part of the Llanos basin, Colombia’s largest oil and gas basin. On April 8, 2002, the contract for the Condor development was signed between LUKOIL Overseas Colombia Ltd. and Colombian state company Ecopetrol. In 2007 an oil-producing well was successfully drilled in the Medina prospect.
