LUKOIL Overseas Holding is a subsidiary of Russia’s largest oil company LUKOIL and is responsible for managing the company's international oil and gas projects.

Our Company Mission is to increase the LUKOIL group stock value by upgrading the efficiency of oil and gas production and reserves in the most advantageous countries and regions of activity. Our main goal is to attain a leading position on the basic indices amongst associated international companies in terms of volume.

In 2001-2003, we successfully merged the LUKOIL’s Russian joint-venture projects into a single financial and production complex as implemented by the LUKOIL-Perm Group – our Russian operator – and a large part of the LUKOIL international geological exploration and oil and gas production projects.
